Automate Appointment Confirmations

Calling every customer the day before their appointment to confirm is a time sink that doesn't need to exist. The PrecisionOps customer portal can send appointment reminders automatically. The customer gets notified, they confirm or reschedule through the portal, and nobody spent twenty minutes on the phone playing phone tag.

Automated confirmations also reduce no-shows. A customer who forgot about their Thursday appointment sees the reminder Wednesday night and either confirms or lets you know they need to reschedule.
